Description
Sphereing, also known as Zorbing is the latest adrenaline surging fix of fun. The Sphere (Zorb) has a double harness so pairs can ride together.
Our run is approximately 175m from launching pad to landing point. The Sphere (Zorb) itself is a gigantic inflatable ball, standing about 3 metres in height, which contains another smaller sphere that is suspended into position by a thousand nylon strands.
Availability
We are open from Wednesday - Sunday and run this activity all year. THIS ACTIVITY MAY BE AFFECTED BY ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS – HIGH WINDS WILL PREVENT THIS ACTIVITY FROM GOING AHEAD DUE TO SAFETY REASONS. In this situation an alternative or the opportunity to re-book will be offered. Customers are advised to phone us to check if going ahead.
Format
The riders will be given a full safety briefing and instruction, then as pairs they will be strapped in and launched down our purpose built course.
Equipment used
Spheres (zorbs) & safety harnesses.
Duration
At least half an hour for 2 people, time will increase depending on group size.
Guide included
Safety Officer/Customer Liaison will cater for all needs.

Restrictions
Maximum combined weight of the riders must be no more than 28 stone, minimum height of 4 foot 10 due to the harness positions.
The following information should be applied to all of our activities.
Dress Code - Dress for the weather, ensure shoulders are covered. Wear trousers or shorts and sensible, comfy footwear that you are happy to get muddy. If doing a water activity don’t forget a change of clothes and a towel.
Availability - All activities are available all week, all year. The only days we close are Christmas Day & New Years Day.
What’s included - You will receive expert tuition and guidance for all of our activities including a full safety briefing. Tea & Coffee is complimentary on arrival and after your activity. A group photograph will be available, insurance is also included in the price and the hire of any equipment.
Transfer Time - We are 10-15 minutes from Nottingham, 10 minutes from Mansfield. Transfers not included in price but can be sourced if required.
Multi-activity - Combine any of our activities together if you want to stay on one site or we can arrange for you to do the following activities just a short drive away:- Quad biking, archery, paintball, karting.
Add ons - Lunch/breakfast, 4* hotel accommodation & conferencing facilities (20 mins drive), transfers.
